Shipping & Handling

  • All orders will be shipped UPS ground or USPS parcel post within the continental United States at the discration of WallpaperSuperMarket.com.
  • We charge a shipping fee of $8.50 per order for shipping within the United States. We charge a shipping fee of $18.95 per order for Canadian orders.
  • APO addresses will ship USPS parcel post or priority mail.
  • Post Office boxes (P.O. Box) will ship USPS.
  • You will need to allow 4 to 10 working days for delivery.
  • If you wish to expedite your order you may request overnight, second day air, or other types of delivery for an additional charge.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday
  • If we are unable to ship your order within 48 hours we will notify you by phone or email.
  • We also ship to most areas outside the continental United States. Email us at service@wallpapersupermarket.com for delivery rates outside the continental United States.
  • When paying by check, we wait for the check to clear before shipping your order. This can take up to 7-10 days.
  • Samples of Wallpaper & Border are $2.50 each including shipping.
  • WallpaperSuperMarket.com is not responsible for customs charges, tariffs, or taxes imposed by any country.
  • This applies to incoming and outgoing packages. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item our customer service department will help you with the return process and provide you with a RA Number. This process will insure you receive your proper credit amount when your merchandise is received.

Our Return Policy

You may return wallpaper and border within 30 days of shipment. All wallpaper and border returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (unless defective). All other product has a 25% restocking fee. All items must be in their original packaging and must display the RA# visible on the outside of the package. If the RA cannot be found on the outside of the package then your package will not be accepted by our receiving department and it will be returned to you.

You may not return -
*Any item that is not in its original condition and packaging.
*Any closeout and clearance items.

Excess Wallpaper

If you find that you have purchased more wallpaper or border than you need, you may return it within 30 days of shipment. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns of wallpaper and border. Wallpaper and border must be in its original packaging and unopened to be returned. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Defective Wallpaper

If you receive wallpaper or border that is damaged or defective WallpaperSuperMarket.com will gladly replace the wallpaper at no charge to you.

Just call our toll free number at 1-866-925-5111 and one of our customer service employees will be happy to assist you with a replacement order. The damaged or defective product must be returned to us in order to give you the proper credit. We will arrange for the defective goods to be picked up at no charge to you.

Back Orders

WallpaperSuperMarket.com stocks thousands of patterns at our warehouse and retail stores. If you chose a pattern that we do not stock your order will be shipped directly from the wallpaper manufacturer to you. Please wait until you receive your entire order before scheduling your wallcovering installation.

Although it is rare, sometimes a wallpaper manufacturer will have a pattern on back order or decide to discontinue an item. Please understand that when this does occur, it is out of our control, but we do our best to notify you of any delays or discontinued items just as soon as we get the information from the manufacturer.

Packing and Sending Your Returns

  1. Please call us toll free at 866-925-5111, or email us at service@WallpaperSuperMarket.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.
  2. Pack the items in their original condition, along with the packing slip, securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in.
  3. Write the RA number that you were given on the outside of the box.
  4. UPS will pick up the return, or you will be mailed a return shipping label to adhere to the box and given return instructions. Your return will depend on how you specified to have the package shipped to you. Our customer service representatives will give you complete return instructions when you email us to return your package.

Refunds

You will be issued a refund after we receive the merchandise. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. You should receive your refund within 21 days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund. We take pride in shipping orders as quickly as possible. Cancellations must be made by phone (888.925.5111) in order to verify that the order has not been shipped. We cannot guarantee any cancellations by email or voice mail. If your order is shipped prior to receiving a cancellation notice you may return your merchandise, but you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

We guarantee any and all items sold on our website to be free from defects. We will replace defective products at no charge to you. Please call 1-866-925-5111 or email service@WallpaperSuperMarket.com if you have a defective product and need it replaced. All items returned must have a valid RA number. We will accept only unopened rolls of wallpaper or border within 30 days of purchase for refund. There will be a 25% restocking fee on returned product. Exchanges will be considered.
NOTE: All returned items must be sealed in their original package. Please call 1-866-925-5111 or email service@WallpaperSuperMarket.com to obtain a RA number.
Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

Because every monitor displays images slightly different we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the image. If you have any doubt about the color or pattern you are ordering please order a sample first.
